Refund policy

Thank you for your interest in our products, located at chemexindustries.net and operated by Chemex Industries, Inc.

In the event there is a problem with your order, please contact us by email or toll free and let us know any displeasure you have with your order, or experience shopping with Chemex.

Chemex distributes products to industrial, institutional, governmental,  commercial concerns, to all individuals, including the general public. 

We offer our products in good faith and guarantee said products to perform, as described, in accordance with the label’s directions and guidelines. We stand behind our goods and services and want our customers comfortable with our “no hassle” policy. As such, if a product fails, we will provide a full refund. Please contact us within 15 days of receipt of your order. Refunds will be processed within 5 days and processed on your original payment method.

We are thankful to have long-term relationships with our customers and recognize the value of enhanced customer service. After all, life is too short…

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

To initiate a return, you can contact us by phone at (714) 832-8441 or e-mail to: barry@chemexindustries.com. We will send a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom orders and sanitation products sold during times of diminished supply, such as pandemics. We also do not accept returns for any hazardous materials or flammable liquids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We are committed to providing our customers with high-quality, reliable equipment at Chemex. To maintain the highest standards of integrity and ensure that all our equipment meets performance expectations, we have implemented a non-returnable policy for specific equipment types valued over $500.  

The non-returnable clause applies to the following specialized equipment categories: Air Sanitation Systems, HVAC Controllers, Air Spray and Foaming Equipment, Electronic Pumps, pH and Conductivity Measuring Equipment, Drain and Odor Control Dispensing Units
