Ideal for Kitchens and Food Processing areas
Chemex 630 contains a special blend of aerobic and anaerobic bacteria strains, chosen for their ability to digest and liquefy organic waste quickly, efficiently and without odors. It removes clogs from pipe walls and prevents further deposits from building up. With a thick consistency, it sinks through backed-up water and travels directly to blockages. Bacteria and enzymes eat away at organic waste matter to loosen it from traps and pipe walls. This product digests food waste, animal and vegetable fat, oils, undissolved soap residue, and even cellulose (paper). Applying this product on a regular basis colonizes drains with bacteria, inhibiting organic waste from further collecting in pipes. This product replaces bleach, disinfectants, and chemical drain openers.
Most drain clogs result from the accumulation of food materials on the inside of drain surfaces. Regular use establishes an active bacteria population that continuously works to keep this accumulation from occurring. Adding this product to drains once a week and allowing it to work overnight ensures that drains remain open.
